Re-use Hawaii

Re-use Hawaii is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve our natural resources, provide an affordable building material source through alternatives to demolition, and to sustain Hawaii's fragile island ecosystem.

Through a process called Deconstruction, Re-use Hawai'i salvages building materials and distributes them to the community. Deconstruction is an alternative to demolition and is the systematic disassembly of a building in order to recover the maximum amount of material for reuse and recycling.
