  • In November 2003, Oahu teacher, Evelyn Nakamura, visited Japan on a Fullbright Memorial Fellowship. "By a stroke of luck, I was assigned to a city that is considered a model for reuse and recycling. As part of my project, I had planned to write a report to local government officials about this program," said Evelyn.
